What personal information we collect (and why)
1) Website enquiries (Squarespace)
If you contact us via our website form, we may collect:
your name
your email
your phone number
your reason for contacting us (and anything else you include)
We collect this so we can respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.
2) Client intake and coaching (CarePatron)
If you choose to work with NeuroLantern as a coaching client, we may collect additional information through our intake process and ongoing client management via CarePatron, including:
contact and background details
coaching goals and areas of focus
session-related information you choose to share
administrative details needed to provide services (e.g. scheduling and invoices)
Some of the information you share may be sensitive information (for example, information related to health, wellbeing, neurodivergence, mental health experiences or personal history). We only collect sensitive information where it’s relevant to the service and provided with your consent.
3) Payments (Stripe via CarePatron)
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (via CarePatron). We do not store your full credit card details.
We may store payment-related administrative records (such as invoices and payment status) for bookkeeping.
4) Coaching sessions (Zoom)
Coaching sessions are typically delivered via Zoom. We may collect information needed to provide sessions and support client care (e.g. session scheduling details and communications).
5) Website usage information (cookies + analytics)
Our website may collect information about how you use it, including:
the pages you visit
device/browser details
approximate location (based on IP address)
time spent on pages
This helps us improve the website and understand what content is useful. This information may be collected through Squarespace and/or third-party tools such as analytics providers.

Coaching agreement
If you become a client, you will also complete a separate Coaching Agreement during the intake process. That agreement covers coaching-specific terms, confidentiality, session policies and related expectations.
