ADHD coaching is a practical, collaborative process that helps you understand how your mind works and build supportive systems around it. We look at your patterns, strengths, challenges and the realities of everyday life. Coaching focuses on what you can do next, not what you feel you “should” be doing.
It is different from therapy. Therapy often looks to the past and helps you process what you’ve experienced. Coaching looks at the present and future. It helps you create systems, routines and ways of thinking that help life feel easier and more aligned.
People often come to coaching because they are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck or inconsistent. They want clarity, support and to feel a sense of control and confidence that has been hard to find on their own.

I work with adults who feel like their mind runs differently from the world around them. Many are late-diagnosed or exploring neurodivergence. Many appear successful but feel exhausted beneath the surface. Some struggle with chaos or inconsistency. Some feel stuck and want things to feel smoother and more manageable.
A formal diagnosis is not required. Curiosity about yourself is enough.

Discovery Call
This free 30-minute call is simply a chance for us to meet and get a sense of whether working together feels right. You don’t need to prepare anything - just show up as you are. It’s a relaxed conversation so you can get a feel for my coaching style and decide if it’s the right fit for you.
Intake Session
Our first session is a 90-minute deep dive into you - your story, your strengths, your challenges and what you want from coaching. We look at the patterns shaping your day-to-day life, explore what feels supportive and start mapping out goals that actually fit. You’ll leave this session with clarity, direction and a sense of where we’re heading together.
Ongoing Sessions
These are the sessions where the coaching work unfolds. Each session is 50 minutes and focuses on what matters most to you in that moment, while keeping your bigger goals in sight.
We explore patterns, test strategies, refine what works and make space for insights along the way. Sessions are flexible and responsive, and you don’t need to prepare anything unless you want to.

Coaching is an investment in understanding your mind and building systems that support you in real life. Neurodivergent minds often benefit from consistency, repetition and the space to test strategies over time, which is why we work in packages rather than one-off sessions. This gives us the room to notice patterns, build momentum and create changes that last.
Every package includes a 90-minute virtual intake session and a series of virtual 50-minute coaching sessions. Choose the package that matches the pace and level of support that feels right for you.
Clarity
Intake + 6 sessions
This package includes a 90-minute intake session and 6x 50-minute coaching sessions. It’s great if you're wanting to:
build early clarity and direction
get support around one or two specific challenges
establish routines or habits that feel doable
trial coaching with a defined timeframe
Useful when you want to understand your wiring and make meaningful shifts without a long commitment, giving you a clear and focused starting point.

Momentum
Intake + 12 sessions
This package includes a 90-minute intake session and 12x 50-minute coaching sessions. It’s great if you're wanting to:
explore your patterns, beliefs or habits more deeply
experiment with strategies in real life
strengthen routines and reduce overwhelm
build consistency and confidence over time
Ideal if you have multiple focus areas and want room to trial, reflect and refine things at your own pace - especially during seasons of change.

Best for those wanting steady, consistent support across a whole chapter of life, with space to navigate change at a sustainable pace.
